I have absolutely no complaints about the nut. The Hanno is working again now. I just hope the nut lasts longer this time. I also have to deduct stars because I had to pay more for shipping for a small nut than the nut itself cost. That really shouldn't be the case.

Bad customer service
I'm having trouble installing the nut and sent you an email about it. I haven't received a response yet. The nut is still lying around, still not installed. So it's no use to me.
