Shock absorber for the motor block of the Hanno mixer - anthracite
I'm also annoyed that the so-called wear part hardly lasts!
Since October already the third🙈
I need the Hanno once a week for almond milk (soaked almonds) and every 14 days for nut butter, which is why I decided to buy the Hanno in the first place.
I find almost 8€ for the small replacement very expensive, especially if I have to replace it after six to eight uses 😠😠

Good morning, I really like the Hanno and bought three in total (I gave two as gifts), BUT: the shock absorber is an absolute disaster. I've had to buy it four times already. Not only did I have to replace it, but the people I gave it to as well. Customer service was very rude and not customer-oriented when it came to troubleshooting the product. The previous owner of the company was already aware of this weakness.
PS: The usage was strictly implemented as per the instruction manual!

The shock absorber is a wear part. Depending on how often you use the blender and the hardness of the ingredients being chopped, the shock absorber will wear out and therefore needs to be replaced regularly.

After having to replace the shock absorber not long ago, the new one broke again. We blend nuts for nut butter every two weeks, and it doesn't seem to work anymore after using the blender for three years! We're really not satisfied!
