This dish is special because it offers a perfect balance of textures and flavors: The creamy, slightly salty feta, coated in a crispy sesame crust, harmonizes beautifully with the fresh, slightly bitter lamb's lettuce and the fruity sweetness of the mango.

Tips & Variations:

- Variations: If you can't find lamb's lettuce, you can also use arugula or spinach. Both types of lettuce offer an interesting flavor and pair well with the other ingredients.
- Use up leftovers: Leftover feta can be used the next day as a topping for sandwiches or soups.
- Seasonal adaptations: In autumn and winter, you can use pears or apples instead of mango to create a seasonally appropriate version of the salad.
- Side dishes: This dish goes perfectly with fresh, crusty bread or a light rice dish.

Serving suggestion:

Imagine serving this delicious salad on your patio on a sunny day. The golden-brown feta pieces, glistening with honey, contrast beautifully with the fresh green of the lamb's lettuce and the vibrant colors of the mango and tomatoes. The dish is particularly highlighted with the help of the Misty Cliff plates, as the gray, naturalistic style brings the colorful components to the fore.
